Today has been a calm but beautiful day. I got up in good spirits, made some breakfast, and played soft music while I stretched a little. I love having those moments for myself, breathing, looking in the mirror and telling myself: let’s enjoy the day.I won’t tell you where I was or anything personal…But I can tell you that I was outside for a while, walking and thinking about new ideas for my shows and my dances.
